COACHING PROGRAMS

A 60-90-minute virtual consultation to assess fitness goals and health/fitness history (exercise, nutrition, medical, etc.), answer questions, and provide individualized recommendations.
Phone and video options available.
A completed client intake form is required prior to session.

This all-inclusive virtual coaching package includes:
Custom macros, menu, in-app meal tracking, meal planning resources and/or supplement guidance based on client needs and goals.
Individualized training plan with updates every 6-8 weeks minimum. Includes lifting and/or cardio programming based on clients’ goals.
Weekly or bi-weekly goal setting and in-app check-ins.
Limited video coaching sessions to be used for check-ins, education, and/or form checks.
Daily access to in-app coaching support and messaging.
Lifestyle and mindset coaching.
Education to help you achieve your goals and the body you want.
For both lifestyle and competition prep clients.
